Welcome to the Western Wisconsin Chapter of 

Western Wisconsin Chapter welcomes all inspectors, real estate professionals and home buying public. InterNACHI is committed to sitting the industry standard for residential and commercial inspection services.

  • We ask that everyone register, so we know how many to expect. (But if you forget to register feel free to attend the meeting)
  • Meetings are open to all home inspectors and their partners, spouses, office staff, plus those wishing to learn more about a business in home inspections.

Every month, we meet and learn about operating successful home inspection businesses.  We have special guests, speakers or trainers join us every month to make special presentations to benefit our businesses. 

  • All InterNACHI members attending are eligible for 2 hr. Continuing Education Credit for the monthly meetings.
  • Only InterNACHI members will be eligible for CE credits

To comply with InterNACHI membership requirement, as a certified property inspector, all members must complete 24 CE's each year. (Wisconsin requires 20 CE’s a year for licensed home inspectors, so this requirement will meet this)

  • There are no regular Chapter dues or fees at this time.
  • Food or beverages will be at your cost at the locations of the meetings
  • There is only a fee if you attend an event or meeting that has an advertised cost (such as food provided or a special paid speaker).
  • The fee, if any, for special Chapter events will be announced in advance and advertised via the website.


  • Chapter meetings are open to any licensed or certified home inspector, regardless if they are members of InterNACHI or not and real estate professionals.  Chapter meetings are also open to anyone wishing to learn more about becoming a Licensed or Certified home inspector. 
  • The regular Chapter meeting will be located at teh American Legion in Onalaska. If it will be at a diffferent location, it will be announced via the website well in advance of the meeting.
  • Regular Chapter meetings will start promptly at 6 PM.
  • The date, time, and location for special Chapter events will be announced on this website well in advance of the event.
  • Meeting and event attendees will conduct themselves in a manner of courtesy, professionalism, and respect. This includes language, gestures, and written correspondence.
  • Cell phones must be turned off or on silent mode. No texting.  If you MUST answer a call, leave the room before answering.
